Mr. Jimit Shah is an alumnus of IIM Rohtak, with a specialization in Strategic management, Operation Management and IT systems and management. He is a bachelor’s in Instrumentation engineering from Nirma University. He is a result-oriented professional with domain knowledge of energy utility industries and worked with leading oil & gas majors in the areas of Business planning, development, gas demand analysis, regulatory affairs, technical matters of CGD and M&A. He has Presented a Paper at an International conference on “Pipeline integrity management system for City gas distribution company”, academic research on “Human Potential and Regret at Workplace” and “Total Productive Maintenance”.

Mr. Rajeev Mathur is a Mechanical Engineer by profession, having a Master's Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing Management and has over 36 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Sector. He is presently an Independent Consultant and a Director of HCG Group. His previous assignments have been as the President, Policy & Growth of Cairn Energy India, as an Executive Director in GAIL and as the Managing Director of Mahanagar Gas Limited, Mumbai. Mr. Mathur has been the past Chairman of the Energy Committee of the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry; and the Governing Council of the Natural Gas Society. Mr. Mathur has also been a Director on the Board of Indraprastha Gas Ltd., GAIL Gas Ltd, Bengal Gas Ltd. Avantika Gas Ltd. and China Gas Holdings Ltd, Hongkong.

Mr.Rahul Gupta is a Qualified Chartered Accountant. He also holds Certificate from ACCA UK for the successful completion of IFRS Course. He Has experience of more than 13 years in Project financing, Accounting, Budgeting and Taxation. He has worked with major automotive parts supplier for OEM's for almost 13 years.
